Volunteer Positions

When you arrive, please CHECK IN at the check in table.
Volunteers will be given their lanyard at check in and must be returned when they check out. 

ARRIVAL TIMES
These vary depending on your role. If you are Dressing Room/Class Parent, please arrive by 3:45 for Dress Rehearsal, 4:45 on Friday and 1:45 on Saturday. This will give you 15 minutes to check in and get to the assigned rooms before the rest of the dancers arrive! Tickets, Flowers, Concessions, T-shirts, Programs & Video Sales can arrive by 5:00 Friday and 2:00 Saturday. Ushers can arrive by 5:15 Friday and 2:15 Saturday. Anyone distributing bracelets should arrive by 4:00 Friday and 1:00 Saturday.

Check in / Check Out Runners
Check In: Escort Dancer to their assigned dressing room
Early Release Check out: Bring early Release dancer to the check out station
Check out: Guide guardian to dancers dressing room

Dressing Room / Class 
Assist with costume changes, hair, make up
Line up dancers 5 numbers prior to their dance and bring to back stage (A runner will come get you)
Stay backstage with class (you can watch performance) and escort back to dressing room
Please bring some quiet activities for the dancers

Bracelets (Fri: 4:00) (Sat: 1:00)
Distribute bracelets to zoned seats and pull tags. 

Concessions
Sell concessions pre show (arrive Fri 5:00, arrive Sat 2:00) and Intermission
Cash Only

Flowers
Sell Flowers pre show(Fri arrive 5:00, Sat arrive 2:00) and Intermission
QR code to Ludus or Cash

T shirts / Programs / Video
Sell T shirts, Programs, and Video pre show (Fri arrive 5:00, Sat arrive 2:00)

Tickets / Box Office

Ushers

Help direct patrons to their seats
Handle any questions / discrepancies (we will provide seating list)

Back Stage Runners
Assist class volunteers with lining up dancers 
Assist class volunteers with traveling from room to stage and back to room
Assist #36 changing into #42 (Pre-dancers with a quick change)

Quick Change Assistance / Floaters
Assist with any needed extra hands with costume changes
